Thrifty Halloween Craft

Found this Halloween Idea on a couple different Blogs. I already had the Spanish Moss and Spiders, so I headed to my local Dollar Store to purchase the vase and skull heads...Only cost me $2 to put this together!!

Laundry, Laundry, Laundry

I feel like the Laundry around here since the weather has tuned cold had DOUBLED, I do at least 3 loads a day. I don't mind the washing, I just wish it would fold and put away itself!! And someday soon I hope to get these machines shown in the picture...with 4 kids and a construction working hubby I need some heavy duty machines!!

Another "Sweet" Shoe Deal

I am so glad to have stumbled across http://hip2save.com/ I scored another sweet shoe deal, this time through Target!! I think each year Paige has every pair of girl shoes Target makes, what can I say a girl LOVES her shoes. I got 2 Pair for only $15 and free shipping!! Can not beat that!!

Halloween Cupcakes

Another first for me was the Candy Molds, always saw them just never tried it out. I grabbed some Wilton Candy Melts and these worked like a charm. Actually Peyton liked them so much he just wanted to eat the bats and not the cupcakes!

My first time using this Color Mist, I highly recommend it..super easy and gave just the right orange tint I was looking for.

I enjoy experimenting with cupcakes. On one of my trips to Michael's I stumbled across a couple..well many cute Halloween ideas for Cupcakes. We had some friends over Saturday night so I thought it was a GREAT opportunity to try it out and let the kids sample!

10 Years ago today

10 Years ago today, I married my best friend my partner for life. A couple houses later, several pets and 4 WONDERFUL children I could not imagine it any different. Can NOT wait too see what the next 10 Years has in store for us. LOVE You Troy, my amazing husband, Friend, and Father!!

Halloween Craft of the Week.

I saw this over at http://craftsandsutch.blogspot.com/ and just though it was so cute and easy so decided to give it a try. I even got the kids involved they helped sprinkle the spiders with glitter!! I headed outdoors when it was time to apply the Spanish Moss, it is such a mess. I did not have the Brown or Cream Paint for the sign but was still happy with the color it came out with. I may have went a little overboard with the moss, still I am pleased with the final product!!

Despite the COLD Temps we have been having my Flowers are still in FULL Bloom and just keep on hanging in there. At this point, I am really sick of watering them and kinda just ready to be done till Spring. I am holding out, but really want to go purchase some MUMS...Another FALL Love of mine!! In the mean time since today it is suppose to be in the 80's here I will enjoy the summer flowers for just awhile longer!!

The Smells of Fall

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fall...wish we could skip right over Winter however!! I especially love all the Fall Candles that both Yankee and Bath & Body Works offer.

Currently I am burning Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin and also picked up a couple of the Wall Flowers in that scent, makes the house smell so good!

My Crafty Side

I LOVE to Bake, and I also LOVE to Craft but struggle with finding the time to actually do it. So I am trying to let go of my OCD (I am a little crazy when it comes to cleaning my house) and get back in touch with my Crafty Side. I am so inspired by some of the Blogs I follow, these ladies are so talented and can turn a Goodwill purchase into what looks like something straight out of a magazine!! Or use low cost crafts to make something super cute in not much time at all. I LOVE Fall so this was my first attempt of a Craft!! and it was SUPER Easy!!

Football and more Football

Carly stayed with us for the weekend, Paige treats her like a rag doll dragging her all over the place!!

We are Michigan Fans in this house, the kids are really getting into game day and love to wear Michigan Gear. Paige showing off her Michigan Skirt! Michigan and State won this weekend, Detroit well that is a whole different story.

I did make it to the Moms Sale yesterday, got some decent deals but they were pretty picked over by the time we go there. I did however make it on one of our local new channels while roaming the sale.

Deals, Deals and more Deals

Last year I was able to make this sale and with 4 kids sales like these are VERY Important. Lot and Lots of good deals, basically one HUGE indoor Garage Sale. And of course it has to be today, I hope between all the Football Games I can make it!!

A Blast from the Past

I remember as a little girl "My Little Pony's", so I am more then thrilled that Paige has decided to also have a love for these. I however do not remember all the what seems like hundred's of accessories that now come along with these!!

Sport Sports and MORE Sports

The kids have really showed interest in many sports, trying to figure out which ones they really enjoy and want to persue. Taxi Driver is one of my many mom duties...however this mom is ready to trade in her Super Cool SUV for a Mini-Van...I think it would make for a much easier commute to and from all these activities!!!

Caleb just finished up a season of Flag Football which he really enjoyed, Mason is in his first year of Rocket Football and just not sure how long that will last. Paige is in Dance Class and I see many years of this ahead for her and Peyton plans to do a Spring Soccer league. I LOVE that the kids are eager to stay active and try out a little of this and a little of that!!

Paige started a week later then the boys, her and Peyton are attending afternoon this year and it seems to work out well since neither of them like to be rushes in the morning. These kids like their sleep!!

Caleb has been waiting as what seems like FOREVER to ride the bus, here he is with BIG Brother Mason on his first day!

Long Time NO Post

Seems to be VERY difficult for me to keep up with Blogging. I think it has much to do I have 4 kiddos and back to work Part Time and School has started, Football and Dance Classes...oh plus we are moving in just a little over a month...Life is BUSY!! But I am going to try to keep up since the Blog since it is what I enjoy!!
